Hi! So for this tip, I will be doing smoothies. Since summer is coming, I have gotten really into them.
Here are some of my favorites:
 
Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies:
-2 cups of ice
-2 or 3 bananas
-1/2 cup plain yougurt
-3/4 cup peanut butter(or 3 spoons)
-1/2 or 1 teaspoon vanilla
-1 tablespoon agave nectar (I use natural peanut butter, so I need some sweetness-if you use peanut butter that has salt and sugar, you don't need this. Agave nectar is like honey, but healthy)
NOTE: This is a sport smoothie. It is high-calorie, and should be drunk within time of working out.)
 
Acai Power Smoothie
(energy, hydration, resistance against disease)
-1 cup frozen raspberries
-1 banana
-2 cups orange juice (I like orange-peach-mango)
-1 pack frozen acai (a nutritious berry)
-2 cups ice

Hi again! So, along with many people, (but maybe for different reasons) I left Polyvore. For a long time. With some thought, though, I've decided to try to come back! I will be spending more time on making sets, and I will try to enjoy it. Random tags:
